    Pullups-8,7,6,7,8(2 mins rest)-felt good until the last rep or 2 of the last set.
    Burpees-50 in 4:43(was doing sets of 10 starting each minute...tough!)

    Pullups-8,7,7,6,9(90s rest).
    Was supposed to be 8,7,7,6,10, but not too bad. Felt a bit weak from 2 tiring days the last 2 days, and always find the 90s gap harder.

    Played most of a hockey match yesterday. Not too unfit(although could be better), but pretty poor touch at the mo!

    Could've squeezed maybe 1 or 2 more out of that last set, but hey.

    As yesterday for required, did 8,8,7,7,10(2 mins rest).
    Week 2 done on that!
    Dips(+8kg)-5,5,5,5,5
    May go for a run later.

    Ran 5k. 22:43. Did it at the local track, got good patches of 1:50 a lap for laps 2,3,4 and 7,8,9, but started too slowly, and had a couple of other laps where times varied. Was aiming for 22:30, so quite pleased here.
    Weighed in at 90kg earlier. Really need to stop eating so much, and I think this would've been much easier! Recovered pretty soon after this though.

    Not too hard actually. Also did the sets pretty quickly. Few curls afterwards with 8kg dumbell I've got.

    Last one dodgy, and a couple had some body english involved. Also worth noting that everything I'm doing is palms towards me, I'll mention if otherwise.

    Figured I'd put a few measurements in here as well, since I just took some.
    Waist-35" at smallest, 36" at belly button.
    Chest-43"
    Not sure where to measure biceps, but between 14-14.5" on right, 13.5-14" on left.
    Calves-15"
    Neck-16"
    Wrists-7"
    Forearms-L-11.5", R-12"
    Thigh-16" just above the knee, ~25-26" at top.

    Not sure what any of that means, but thought having that info can't hurt. Also just under 90kg today, bout 88.5kg.

    Hockey match today. Scored both goals, shoulda had more though. Not too unfit, but find it so tough to run in this heat. Also had hockey on Thursday I just remembered.
    Pullups-9,7,8,7,9(90s rest)-tough. Did a lot of leg use here.

    Definitely had more on the last set, don't know what happened really. Immediately did a couple with palms facing away though.

    Couple of body english used, last one was just chin over, whereas rest were chest to bar essentially. Still in column 3.

    Assuming you mean field hockey(ice hockey I don't know much, but think has not much going on), there's 4 college leagues, 5 matches a term or so if you play on that(jesus team is quite good). Also there's cuppers(a cup competition uni players can play in), and three uni teams also. Don't know their standard that much though.

    Hour and a bit of hockey training. Was very warm, so pretty sweaty, but don't think I ran about enough really.
