    OHP
    20kg*10
    30kg*5
    40kg*5
    52.5kg*2
    40kg*8,8,8

    FS
    40kg*5
    75kg*5,5,5,5,5

Little bit of pulldowns/pullups/triceps/abs. Really wasn't feeling it today, so went. Was gonna deadlift, but all the bars were in use, and by people who were apparently unwilling to answer 'how long're you expecting to be on here?'

    Bench
    20kg*8
    50kg*10
    60kg*5
    72.5kg*5,5(maybe another 5, I forget..most a bit spotted though)
    60kg*lots
    50kg*lots
    40kg*some

    FS
    60kg*20

    Deadlift
    70kg*5
    110kg*3
    145kg*5

Some curls, tricept pushdowns, abs. Left. Pretty lame session. Turns out when I'm benching, I turn an awful lot, it's like my left arm wants to go over the bar. Not sure how to stop this really..deadlifts I easily had the strength, but they came a long way from my shins, so ended up hitching them. Bit unhelpful!

    OHP-first one cleaned up
    42.5kg*10,10,10

    Cleans
    40kg*lots
    50kg*some
    60kg*3,3,3(ish, I forget..)

    Row machine thing
    3 sets of 20

    Bench
40kg*10,10,10(second set 2s paused on the chest, third set 3s)

Few lat pulldowns, tricep pushdowns, curls, abs. 60lb barbell-10*snatch, 10*squat. Mebbe some other little bits, I forget. Bench seemed much more stable, and less squint, but I suppose that's to be expected at dropping the weight so much. Nice and fast though. OHP tough, but not too bad.

    FS
65kg*14 meant to be 20, but was gonna lose it at the front

    Deadlift
    90kg*2
    147.5kg*5

Few dips, pullups, curls, tricep pushdowns, little shoulder stuff. Abs, two 500m ergs with a minute rest (1:46.1, 1:49.5).

    OHP

    30kg*10

    FS
    65kg*10,10

    Cleans
    50kg*a bunch
    60kg*a few
    65kg*3

    Low row machine-20,20,20@4 or so

    Bench
    40kg*10

Reverse flies, pulldowns, tricep pushdowns, curls. Back hypers(+10kg)*3*10. Sit ups on same machine*20.
Erg-1000m in 3:50. Accidentally left the resistance at 10, so this was probably a bit easier than it should've been. Felt pretty weak today, so not a bad session. Press was pretty hard though, last set wasn't too bad because I just went quickly through it. Last rep a grind though.

    Re: Thread for me!
Rugby Wednesday, pub thursday, hangover friday. Not much yesterday.
    Today:
    Incline Bench
    20kg*10
    40kg*10
    45kg*10,10,10

    Push press
    55kg*5

    Log clean
    Log*lots+2 push presses

100*curls on EZbar. Plenty of other shoulder stuff, shoulder felt a bit dodgy during bench (screwed it Thursday night somehow), but all the other stuff made it feel a bit better, so not too shabby.

Yeah. Couldn't be bothered pinching an oly bar to do it with, so just went with it. Obviously quite a lot easier!

    PC

Some low pulley rows, reverse flies, shoulder raises(front and side).

    Squat
    50kg*10
    70kg*10

Lat pulldown, curls, tricep pushdowns, abs.

Should probably have done more squatting, but meh, had to cycle back and could already feel it.

Legs are gonna be destroyed tomorrow! Shoulders/chest still felt a bit DOMs-y from Monday, but hey.

    50kg*5
    57.5kg*10,10,9

    Squat

    OHP
    20kg*10
    40kg*5,5,5,4

Some low rows, pulldowns, curls, pushdowns, abs.
Was in a rush, so this was about 30 mins total, so very little rest. Bench seemed tough, but I think this was because I really didn't have much rest at all. Squat felt so light to begin with, but was getting tough by the end (mostly on my back though tbh). OHP I was gonna do 5*5, but my shoulder just felt like they were going and I was running out of time so left it.

After this cycled up a big hill, which was 'orrible.

    82.5kg*10,10,10

    Deadlift
    60kg*5
    90kg*2
    115kg*10

    Decline Bench
    40kg*10,10,10

Some low rows, curls, lat pulldowns, and a little shoulder raises stuff. Quick run for 4 mins or so on the treadmill. Pretty out of shape I reckon, good thing hockey pre-season starts soon!
Some of the OHP was a bit dodgy depth. Think my biggest weakness is coming off the chest. Got lots of revision for exams and stuff starting to come along, so I'll not look into it too much at the moment, but probably worth checking out my technique/what this is caused by at some point.

Hockey training. Also ran there and back (ended up being approx 3.5 miles there, 2ish miles back), mostly uphill on the way there. Pretty tough. Legs gonna be knackered tomorrow.

Edit-also ankles feel a bit dodgy after that much running. Should be ok when I get into it a bit I think.

Meant to go to the gym after work on friday, but went to the pub instead. Que sera sera.
    Today:
    Squats
    65kg*20

    Bench
    20kg*10
    30kg*10
    40kg*5
    50kg*3
    60kg*10,10,10

    PC
    60*some
    70*1,1

Bit of low rows, upright rows. Worked up to one arm DB snatch of 60lbs*3*3 per arm, lat pulldowns, tricep pushdowns.
1k row-3:46.6. Should've pushed it a bit harder, but hey. Abs.

Bench was quite hard. Last couple of reps of last set I bashed the stand with second last, and last rep was a bit off balance. Got them all ok though. Squats were just for a bit of blood flowing in the legs.

    OHP

    Squats

    85kg*10,10,10

    Deadlift
    60kg*5
    100kg*3
    120kg*10

Some curls, lat pulldowns, pullups, low rows. Little run on the treadmill, abs.
Press is so blasted weak! I did bench yesterday, so my shoulders were feeling lame, but still! I think a while back I had 57.5kg*5*3, so I may swap to doing 3*3+some push press on non bench days, and a set or two of light presses after bench. We will see..
