    Re: Thread for me!
    Cycled maybe 8 miles again.
    Hockey match.
Legs and back were sore, and I don't fancy heavy DLing this soon after giving blood, so next session is Friday.

    Re: Thread for me!
Cycled 5-6 miles, will probably do another 3-4 later. Back brake now fixed too, woo!
    Gym-
    Squat-105kg*3*5
    Bench-67.5kg*3*5
    Deadlift-155kg*5

Good session really. Bench felt really quite hard though, as did the deadlift, but in a different way. Bench seems easy first few reps(and pretty much all of first set), but less so on last reps of set 2 and 3. Not enough rest? Deadlift just feels heavy, last rep today was quite tough. I toned the warm up on it down a little today though, which seemed to help.

Saturday-3-4 miles cycled, badminton match. Massive win, so almost certain promotion.
    Sunday-like nothing.
    Today-
cycled 5-6 miles, had a hockey match(scored and we won), that's hockey for the season!
Then had a squash match. Didn't gym cos I was knackered.

No internet for the past few days, so haven't updated.
Think Tuesday went to the gym and tried some OHPing, could barely do 45kg*5, was gutting.
Can't remember anything from other days, back home now though, so no gym.
    Today-hockey match, mowed the lawn.
Pullups-6,5,5,5,5,3. Coulda done more but was lazy.
Dips-5,5,5,5,5,5-Tough. Wrists kinda hurt with these too, anyone any idea why?

Will try and add weights soon. Also focussing much more on conditioning/general fitness next 5 weeks or so(and maybe into term). Maybe a bit of rosstraining, or just some running programme.

    Re: Thread for me!
Went to the running track today, gentle 400m jog to warm up, then:
3 sets of 4*100m in 20 seconds, 10 seconds rest after each.
Took about 1-2 mins rest between sets 1 and 2, and 2-3 mins rest between sets 2 and 3.
This was pretty ridiculously tough, and the very last 2 100m might have been on about 21 seconds, not sure.
Might go for a (gentle) jog later to stretch my legs out a bit.

Went to the running track today, ran 6k in about 31.5 mins. Cardiovascularly I think I'm good to go at the mo, but my legs hurt after that, mainly my shins/muscles on the front of my shins.
I presume I've just gotta run through that for a bit.

Hour and a half of badminton.
    10*3 chinups @+5kg
Went to do some dips, but my elbow(which felt like something went during badminton) was just not having it.
    Nevermind.

    Hour of hockey.
Elbow felt weird at times, but think it's basically ok.
Going away till Sunday tomorrow, will try to get a run in before I go.

What gym do you use during term time? Your college one? Ours doesn't have free weights. Or even a leg press for that matter; I'm not convinced that leg extensions and leg curls are enough for the lower body...

College one. Slight confession in that squats are done on a smith(I figure, better than nothing, and I don't have time to cycle all the way to Fenners 3 times a week), and the bench(sometimes done DB though).
Nah, doesn't sound like an awful lot for it!

    Today-
    Hockey match.
    Pullups-3*8
Dips-5*5, these were really deep. Right elbow now fine, left now slightly painful.

Today, did one 4 minute go of burpee tabata.
This is destroyingly tough, form went a little bit between the 2 minute mark and the end, and some sets were only 4 burpees. Still, very hard!
Hour and a half of badminton later.

Hockey match yesterday, loads of us so was subbed for a little bit(maybe 10-15 mins), consequently pretty high intensity.
    Legs were pretty sore afterwards!

Yesterday had an hour and a half of badminton.
Today, hour and a bit of football with some mates, then an hour of hockey, although there were loads of people on a small pitch, so not masses of running.
