can anyone help
I have jsut finished at one college and starting a new one in september doing completly different things. i sat bus man higher and was given a bursary i am now going to do animal care so i cna own my own pet shop but the new college has turned me down for a bursary as i am doing the same level.
i can`t get a student loan as i am only doing an NC and not a HNC anyone give me advice??
