i think the idea is that we post a thread for an award and get nominations, then the next day everyone votes on the shortlist and the next award is nominated and it just carries on like that. ollie is much clearer about it than me.

day 2. voting on x + nominations for y
day 3. voting on y + nominations for z
that way there is only 2 threads on at once. so we need one day per award.
i think prebably all members will be able to vote to make things easier
unless of course you want to make it all secret??? -

It might be unreliable like that, though. Perhaps every member with a post count over 300 could cast one vote in each category, and send their choices to you via PM. That way, there won't be any cheating.(Original post by Ollie)
