    'Night out' Photos
    Ugh

So the other night I went to the typical chart-playing, topman shirts & shoes nightclubs that you get up and down the country. I try to stick to my pubs or more underground clubs usually, but it was a mates birthday so i grudgingly agreed.

Anyway what disgusted me more than anything was the number of times my mates group of friends (most of which i don't know) would whip out a camera to pull dozens of forced 'random' poses. Literally about every 5 minutes or so, how is that enjoyable, WHY DO PEOPLE FEEL THE NEED TO DO THIS?

Maybe it's because in 50 years we're all gonna be grey and wrinkly so they want to remember the good times they had?

I'm assuming your post is just a rant and not looking for answers. If not, the answer is facebook.

Secondly, the real reason i posted is, cool username. Two of the best things, sensi and dub music, by which i assume you mean reggae/dub

I really don't know at what point in the night I'd pull out a camera, gather everyone together and go "PICTURE TIME GUISE!!!1", people who do that must be super bored.

    WORD.
This always seems to hapens when I go to parties and it's just like: Why did you all bring a camera??? Bring alcohol next time you ****.

Though saying that, it is handy to tell me what I was up to that night.......but also ends up on facebook and I get zillions of notifications - ''some moron with no life tagged you in a photo'' even if ust my arm or back of head is in the frame, Now that is annoying.

But the OPs talking about excessive amounts of photos. There is a clear distinction, most people dont mind a couple here and there.

    Yeah I feel this alot.
Is like people are more interested making poses for how they will look on facebook, forcibly holding up the alcohol showing their social stripes.
People I know ake about 200+ pictures on a night out,its like what is the point, yeah the odd few but is this need to constantly do it.

Looking for a sense of identity? ha I dunno.
Sad when people have more of a life in facebook pictures than in reality.

I agree, even worse is the toilet room pose. Ladies, it ain't the men who are doing it .

A few photos are good to remember a night out, but I usually find the more photos taken means the worse the party was, as there's nothing else to do but take photos! I hate all the younger ones who've just gotten into partying and think it's cool to deliberatly get a bottle of alcohol in the photo. I took a camera once to a party and didn't use it cos I'd rather have a good time, but if someone else wants to take the photos I don't see no harm.
