It made me alot more worried about food than I am,I have a food phobia so I stopped for a while and the thread dissapeared

Ah you see I'm worried about the food I eat if I'm writting it down or not so I don't see a problem with writing it down. And as I said I'm strangly addicted to writting it down here now :redface: .

lunch:1 grilled chicken breast
grilled brocclies and carrots
salad
1 glass of diet coke

fruit time: apple, peach,pear hence all are small apple is 100grams pear is same and peach is 150 g

dinner: 2 toast
2 ts of humus
1 cup of diet coke

or icecream,next week it's gonna be a month for me though I really creeve for one icecream,I've got a box of chocolate that has a snickers a mars,2 ferreros 1 golden and 1 silver,milkway chrunchy chrunch,and it's been like this for a month :biggrin:

I'm not that fussed on losing weight though it would be good since I'm going to Aus in december and there will be much bikini wearing I'm sure.
