im 17 and only weigh 9st to 9 1/2 st and is worried that i might be really underweight , i also have a really high metabolism so i find it hard trying to put on weight so would you suggest trying to put muscle on or something please help , thanks in advance


Go to the gym and work out. I went from 10 stone(at 5 '7/8) to 12 stone in like a year (at 5'10/11.) Thats 2 stone of muscle.

Drink Protein shakes, lots of milk. No fizzy drinks etcccc.
But im not sure its Bodybuilding you're after.
any ideas really, just summit to get me from this weight, what foods would you recommend to help muscle growth, its more so the top half of me that's skinny my legs are fine
