activity diary

ok enlightened by elie's food diary thread,I though I'd make an activity diary to go along so that you might feel better :biggrin: or worse :mad: when you post what you have done today o
for example
30 minutes treadmill ,2 hours sitting on a chair,2 hours yelling :biggrin: stuff like that anyone up to it
you people are very lazy lazybazy :mad: :biggrin:

The idea of mine wasn't necessarily to get thinner, I just thought it'd be interesting!

But anyway:

Monday: 1 hour dancing
Tuesday: 30 mins on a treadmill

Yesterday I spent 8 hours at work, nearly 2 hours driving and the rest of the time reading Harry Potter. I can't afford gym membership for evenings, and I loathe and despise running. I miss having rowing, where it was all free!

Monday

Walk to the beach (7 minutes)
Half an hour swim in sea (doggy paddling...its all I can do :redface: )
Lying on the beach sunbathing and reading
Walk back from beach (7 - 8 minutes)
Shower
Lots of watching tv, going on the internet and reading Potter :redface:

Tuesday

Read more Potter
Lifted furniture back into our lounge with my mum because we just got a new carpet
Went on net and ate
Cleaned the Study (20 minutes)
Hoovered and tidied my room (20 minutes)

But you're being constructive and working, so you have an excuse. I'm doing bugger all apart from working the odd evening shift, so I shouldn't be so lazy :frown:

ok me
today tuesday :30min treadmill
couple of weighttraining muscles thingies today legs and abs ,mm and kinda 20 minutes on other machines
closing the gate and opening it twice ,going upstairs and downstairs quickly over 5 times ,and watching tv while standing up........sitting on the net for like 4 hours :biggrin:walking while talking for kinda 45 15 minutes at home slowly

MONDAY: 12 mile cycle to work and 2hrs of volleyball,was at a pub though :smile:

100 pressups
300 situps
work- moving stage props +/- 50kg for like 7 hours :smile:

Monday

Walked to school (40 mins, mostly downhill lol)
1 hour aerobics - we had a different instructor! She was crazy!!
Walk home from aerobics (30 mins, all uphill)

Tuesday

Walked round town a bit (20 mins)
Went to the cinema
Got off the bus 3 stops early and walked home from there (15mins)
That's prob all I'll do today! A lot less exercise than yest ... ah well :smile:

100 sit ups
30 press ups

yesterday: cycled 6 miles....
today: went up the mountain.
have done bugger all :rolleyes:
i dont know what exercise i do everyday :frown: i do walk alot tho ......hmmmm *leaves thread and never enters again*
