I'm a sucker for films which involve a good dialogue and a great setting.
Whether you think cinema died with Hitchcock or only got good once Michael Bay started blowing up helicopters, this is the place where moving pictures are discussed.

My favourite scene in Pulp Fiction is in the diner with Mia and Vincent, it's so cool

Umm, if I remember correctly there is some cool dialogue in 'Heat' between De Niro and Pacino, particularly when they get coffee.
Every scene with Anton in NCFOM is great too, he's scary and funny at the same time.
Why not? I thought there were a lot of cool locations/scenery in both Kill Bills and some great dialogue.(Original post by Colonel Brusnahan)
All other Quentin Tarantino films apart from the Kill Bills.
