UCAS question - help

I reapplied to Uni this year after deciding not to take up my place from last year. I did receive an email confirming I had withdrawn from my place. My school sent my UCAS off yesterday and I tried requesting my Personal ID number on UCAS Track (by entering my email), to see if they processed my new application and they gave my last years' one. Does this just mean they haven't processed my new application or is it important I contact them?

As you have reapplied, to log in to Track you use your original UCAS ID from last year, with your new username and password. :smile:
