Matthew Morrison is 4 years older than Cory Monteith and Mark Salling, yes. Will isn't 3 years older than his high school students though - there's a difference. Monteith and Salling are portrayed, dressed and styled (convincingly) to be 10 years younger than they actually are, whereas Morrison is about the same age as his character.

I know I'll piss off a load of people in this thread by saying this, but Schue is actually one of my least favourite characters after Ken Tanaka and Will's wife. I do find him embarrassing when he sings tbh.
