Could the Haitian Earthquake Been a Weapon Aimed at Cuba?

While the loss of life and devestation in Haiti is unimaginable there may be a more hidden agenda behind this tragedy. Suppose this "natural disaster" been a weather weopan aimed at Cuba but came up short in it's delivery?

I think its very very far-fetched, there isn't any evidence..but to actually think about this..turning a natural disaster into something political..

Urm earthquakes don't come from weather. Even someone who watches ITV News would know that.

Its even simpler.

Cause earthquake and send in the US military.

Reminiscent of the events of '94 when the US military arrived in Haiti en masse.

Just clarify, it wasn't Hugo Chavez who said it- some nutty conspiracy blogger did, and Venezuelan TV carries links to all kinds of blogs, this being one of them.
