    Voting forms are only being sent to people with over 300 posts as they are believed to have sufficient experience of the forums to vote. However I believe that if you feel qualified to vote and you have under 300 posts you can contact Ollie and he will consider it.

    I always hate any method that is based on post count since I tend to lurk a lot and only post where I feel a comment is necessary.
