62.5 fail at usual point just at eye level.
Still though, that equals my PR. With no warm up. Weird, very, very weird.

Did curls yesterday. Good form, pauses and good contraction. i.e. constructive pissing about with the weights.
30x5 35x5 47.5x7 52.5x4,3 Quite sure this is a personal best on the press. Which is not one of my better movements.
couple of sets of 3-5 with 3-5 second contractions at the top. This completely destroys my numbers but I actually feel my back working, which is why I do that right now.
Band rear delts for a few sets of 3-8
