I've been lazy about logging and training.
20x5 30x3 40x3 50x3 60x3 70x2 75x5 80x3 85x1
Paused, reasonably clean. Took it nice and easy today.
20x5 40x2 50x2 60x2 70x2 80x2 90x2 100x2 107.5x1
All pretty smooth, only last set belted.
Some other **** I can't remember.
Mini back and bis. I really need to train them more. Shamefully weak/have definitely lost visible size on both. Which is not a good thing when you're as small as I am.
Neutral Grip Chins (chest to bar, >60 seconds of rest between sets)
Wide Grip Pullups
DB Rows (>60 seconds of rest between sets, no rest between sides)
20x7 30x7 40x7,6,5
Are you able to DL now ?
