Might not be lifting for a while. I think I have food poisoning.
You throwing up? If you can't stop throwing up, go to the pharmacist and get Migraleve, the migraine medication - you want the one containing BUCLIZINE. Buclizine is an anti-emetic and will stop you puking.
Whilst you're at the pharmacist get some diarolyte. When you stop puking and can hold fluids down, get a few sachets of that down you. -

Bad news bro. Get some ^ medicines soon ...Went to the GP and got prescribed some stuff for abdominal cramping and something to stop me hurling. Took some immodium/diorolyte so I'm probably not too dehydrated at this point.(Original post by HFerguson)

Re: The Road to 3/4/5I just spent as much time as possible sleeping and drinking electrolytes mixed with squash. I could only really stomach small amounts of rice porridge for a few days. Don't know whether that's optimal but it certainly helped me.

Re: The Road to 3/4/5Been pretty lazy/feeling a bit meh. Not much sleep and odd food schedule etc.
1 Arm Pushup
BW for 3,3
Some band rows etc.
Weighed in at 66.6kg today at the hostel. Oh ****. No wonder why I'm weak as piss and visibly smaller. This isn't even morning weight either, which could conceivably be even lower. -

Re: The Road to 3/4/5Not really sure. According to an email I got from the Health Protection Agency, quite a few people got food poisoning from Borough Market.
The usual workout:
1 armers: 4,3
Hope to hit 4,3,2,1 tomorrow after some decent sleep/better food intake. Then 5,4,3,2,1 should be possible in a few days.Last edited by The Blind Monk; 15-07-2012 at 13:24.
