OP, it's embarrassing, yes. It's also something that tends to happen and is hardly a defamation. You did not bludgeon a small puppy with a veiny dildo. You masturbated. Her comment, "been playing with yourself, have you," was probably intended to lighten the atmosphere, with her having just caught you at it.
So basically, you're not likely to be in any trouble for it, but I would (as, I'm sure, everyone else here would) recommend that you ensure that you can't be caught doing it. Yes, we all do it, but it's a private act that you don't really want anyone participating in, unless it's your girlfriend/boyfriend.
