Vice-Chancellor's Scholarships?

Anyone else get invited to apply?
Or, if you have one, how generous are they with them/how competitive is it?
I'm still stunned they invited me, but I'm rather worried I won't meet the criteria! :s-smilie:

I'm not sure, but I think they send it to everyone who holds an offer.

They send it to everyone. It looks mega competitive, but I guess if you have the outstanding extra-curricular achievement that's requisite then it's worth a pop, right?

Heh I guess so. Unfortunately my extracurricular activities are somewhat few and far between. I've decided not to apply for it :P
If they have yet to give you an offer, does that mean you cannot apply for the scholarship? (Deadline is Friday, so what if you get an offer after that?)

they send it everyone predicted AAA or above, but they would be a lot of people applying to exeter as its a good university. i rang the university the other day as i didnt get the email when they recieved my thing like they said and the man said "we have had about 3 times as more applicants as usual this year so we havent got round to sending out all the emails as we dont usually get so many applicants" so it seems like its pretty competitive this year
