Total Rip off, paid up front for blocks of lessons, drive dynamics sent a instructer that knowingly couldn't carry out the lessons, yet take no responsibilty for it, and won't refund the money, offered to send another instructor but would have to pay again. Steer well clear of Drive Dynamics. Don't trust them, disgusting treatment.

Just wondering if anyone here has used them, I booked my first 10 lessons for £100 with them (then £22 per lesson after that) and I have to pay the first £100 upfront.

Just wondering if they are any good, or if they are geniune for that matter. Not much info on their sites.

    Anyone?
trying to save money will just lead u to waste money in the long run like one of the posters who was ripped off. Just go with AA. you learn fast, past your test quicker and probably pay the same in the end as one of these cheapo companies!!! I went with AA after a bad lesson with a redcar guy. passed with 26.5 hours of driving lessons. then did pass plus and passed this too. AA ftw

i used drive dynamics and found them to be brill, the office was helpfull and more important the instructor got me through first time. just remember that the instructors work for themselves not drive dynamics, thay use the school for advertise and finding pupils. the money upfront is to eliminate any cancelations and so the pupil dosent just use the instructor for ten cheap lessons then dump him/her to go elsewhere for cheap deals thay have to make a living. after i met my instructor i blocked book with him directly which was even cheaper

Hi RandomFella, just to answer your question we are professional, and are not just jerking your chain!! if you want to see try a taster lesson and find out!!
Hi Mark just wanted to ask you a quick question. I am with driving dynamic at the moment, I booked a 18 hours fast pass course which cost 560 pounds. Since the costs of theory and practical cost was included, and 18 hours time 21 pre hour rate is 378, there is a 89 remain balance was unknown. I called the office many times but they kinda rude to me and never give a an actual answer, they said is admin cost, but I have already paid £4.50 with I book the course via phone. Do you have any idea or solution for me? Many thanks!

I've used them, and I most certainly would not recommend them. Unlike some companies, Drive Dynamics requires upfront payment for block bookings. This is something I regretted doing when my driving instructor did not turn up for our first lesson. Despite three calls to the company to try and locate my driver, I did not receieve a call back from the company for four days. It turns out that occasionally messages sent from the company to the instructor bounce back, but there is no way of knowing this until a customer is left in the lurch. Expecting of course that I would be offered a refund for the lessons, I was instead told firmly that the lessons were non-refundable, and that it was the computer's fault, not the company's fault. I was given an ultimatum: stay with the company, or lose my money. The company is cheap, and you get what you pay for.

Re: Has Anyone Here Used "Drive Dynamics" Driving School Before?
In my personal experience, it was a total scam and waste of time. When I booked the lesson, they assured me that I can choose any time and can change instructor if I don't like the instructor. They said I will get a call from the instructor which I never did.

I called their customer service and every time they told me they have assigned me a instructor and the driving instructor will call me. I never got any call.

I called the customer service for 6-7 times and they couldn't assign me any instructor.

I paid by card and the money was taken on the day of booking. Now I am trying to get the refund but they are giving me a hard time.

Overall my personal experience with drive-dynamics was waste of time and money, very unprofessional customer service. I don't recommend them at all.

my name is mark and to my knowledge i am the only mark that is working from drive dynamics!!! Just like to say drive dynamics is not a bloody awful company! And whoever you are, saying things like this when it is not the truth, let me ask one question, have you ever worked for them? If you have i can see why you are no longer there!! You need to tell the truth about them, they do not rip people off as you have suggested in your other threads, in fact they bend over backwards to help anyone!! So please people don't believe what this fool has put as he is a liar!!!
they are more than awful they are bully boys who rip people off and owned and run by individuals who ripped off their own flesh and blood not even current owners idea she ousted her so called best friend just to make a buck ...nice...
