Does anybody have any idea how much it would cost to sit C1, C2 and M1 as an external candidate in May/June?

Also, if you happen to know any test centres in London, then please do let me know!

Thanks!

Depends where. There's a fixed exam fee plus admin fee (they can charge whatever they like for admin)

Try your local schools and colleges (phone their exams officers and ask). DO it soon as they do entries in next couple of weeks.
They typically charge the exam fee plus a little bit for admin - so about £50 in total.

Private centres are more expensive
North London College are reasonable (£75 for 3 exams)

Duff Miller & Campbell Harris (goggle them) are much much more expensive.

Name and shame the thieves!!

Yep, as I said no school/college is obliged to take private candidates and they can charge what they like for admin. I paid less than £50 for C3, C4, M1 last year. I had previously studied at the college that took me - they don't take private candidates who haven't. Unless you have money to burn, you do need to shop around but for AQA you will have fewer options. I read somewhere that approx 3x as many students take edexcel maths so there are more centres to choose from.
