That's the thing, I don't think anybody can . At least I don't know anybody doing a management degree . However, all of this 'you made the wrong decision' is all light-hearted. Since we're all Warwick students, we are kind of obliged to say stuff like that if ANYBODY says no to Warwick for ANY reason

However, you did make the wrong decision :yep:

Because we can no longer see his comment full stop, it's been removed by a forum assistant or moderator, probably for being offensive. If he'd deleted it himself, we could still see his comment but not the text in the comment.
LOL...yeah I know its lighthearted !!! But I was really looking for a serious comparison from a Warwick student

Anyway whats done is done unless UCAS allows me to change my decision(although I would still go for Bath :P )

OHHH the moderator deleted it... no wonder it kept saying that YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO POST!!! YOUR ACCOUNT MAY HAVE BEEN DEACTIVATED!!!

Frankly speaking I got a bit scared my " :eviltongue: <---Warwick" was tagged as offensive or something!!!

Anyway which ways we can always keep in touch ....U never know I mite do my Masters at Warwick!!!

Leamington Spa is really nice. The south can be a little seedy in some parts but overall its quite a nice place

Haven't been to Coventry much besides City Centre and the station and they seemed ok.

Well if you see for yourself ppl at Bath and Warwick both are equally satisfied with their course, their teaching and their feedback.... the only major difference(as far as I see) is that U spend more at Warwick (10 compared to 8 at Bath).... and also the career after 6 months is better at Bath...

The only major disadvantage is that the teacher student ration at Bath is quite high... but if they still manage to teach well.. there is no harm done!!!

So you see there is actually no difference its only the rankings that are diff. which doesnt matter if I get the knowledge I need!!!

I'm sorry if I may have sounded a bit rude!!!

PS Helper is short for Personal Statement Helper. Basically, users applying for university can get their statement checked by one of our wonderful team members before sending it off . Once you've entered university, you can apply to be one if you're willing to put the time in :yep:

:stupido2: URGENT: Can someone please tell me if PPE is a Band 1 course or Band 2? (Tuition fee status) because band 2 is 17,400 pounds. I'd appreciate a quick reply as I'm working out the finances and my acceptance depends upon it. Thanks!

You can't apply before this UCAS cycle ending. I'll send you a link when Im back at my PC. The current perks are based on how many you complete per month. You can be rewarded in TSR credits (getting you a subscription) or in Amazon vouchers. The current rate is roughly 50p per statement you complete, and one statement can take between 20 and 60 minutes to review

I'm quite sure yours is band 2 since economics is a part of your course and that is clearly in band 2!!!

But I guess you should still double check with somebody!!

Bath does sound like a really nice uni, I met some people who went there and are now enjoying their placement year at BNY Mellon (who Bath have contacts with apparently).

I don't do Management but I study Accounting and Finance (which is quite similar in first year). It does seem like quite a laid-back course and I'm sure it's similar in Bath too.

I think people consider Warwick 'better' than Bath because of it is more prestigious (and perhaps more importantly, investment banks give presentations here and target us because of that prestige).

If you're not that interested in IB, it doesn't really matter what uni you go to. If you do have last minute regrets though, you can always ask Bath to release you (which would let you go to Warwick if it's your insurance).

    Good luck!

I can't believe you were born in 1995 and you're going to uni now lol. I was born in 92 and I just started uni last year.
