Obviously, you probably wouldn't walk down the street in Elizabethan dress today; however, if you could live in a world where everybody dressed in the fashion of a certain era, which would you choose?

19th Cent. England.

Now, because people have the choice to wear whatever they want.

18 century! Hands down. Or 19th century. I wouldn't mind a dandy highway man all of my own.

Failing that, the 40s.
20s, 40s and 50s

No. E.g. Women had to wear dresses and corsets and many didn't want to, people couldn't crossdress if they wanted to (not that this is completly accepted now, unfortunately, but attitudes are a lot better compared to previous decades/centuries)

40s or 50s fashion is probably my favourite but I wouldn't want to live in a world where everyone wore the fashion of that era, I'd rather live in a world where everyone can wear whatever they want

Mid-1500s, provided I was a noble and not a peasant... I'm all for velvet, brocades, corsets and farthingales.
