possible constraints of an ict system

(aqa new spec info4 coursework module)

im creating an invoice system on access 2007 for a company that deals with the selling and distribution of chemicals and lab equipment. the company already has several departments using computer based system.

the system i am creating must hold information such as customer details and product details, and archive past orders.

what would be the possible constraints of implementing this system?

so dar i have: the users may require training/ learning resources and that the software may not be compatible with the hardware and software currently in use.
