Where to live at MMU Cheshire?

I can't decide if I want to live at Crewe or Alsager! Does anyone know which is better (as in which is less boring)??

I know two people who went to the alsager campus and both dropped out. It is a wasteground in every sense of the word. Don't go there

Yeah do not go to MMU Cheshire. Its in the middle of nowhere. 50+ miles away from Manc. Night life is crap.

Its not 50 plus miles from Manc its about 25, i live in Congleton about 15mins away from Alsager and yeh there isnt much 2 do, but it takes about 30mins on the train 2 get the manchester, theres a place called hanley which is ur nearest biggest town about 15mins away, good student night on a monday. and they also have a shuttle bus which runs from alsager 2 manchester so u can join in the fun at our union. so altho alsager may b boring there r plenty of places around u. crewe aint 2 bad a lot bigger than alsager but i dont know what the night life is like. hope that helps.
