Best College in Oxford for PPE

I want to read PPE (philosophy, politics and economics) at Ox but am still wondering which college is the best offers the best tutorial for this subj.
Moreover, which one is the most competitive college in Ox?

I think by reputation, Balliol is probably the most competitive for this subject. (Some colleges specialised in different subjects - although some are brilliant all round).

Also consider how to maximise your chances of getting in. Maybe it isn't best to aim for the most competitve/best unless you are very confident.
