no masturbation : doing the IMPOSSIBLE for guys

Hey I'm not new to tsr but thought i'd make a new special account for this!

So for lent this year, I thought I'd do the impossible for a man and stop masturbation.

Well it's not actually impossible as I did it last year, but it was VERY VERY HARD! :eek3:

So i'm two weeks ish in this year and finding it hard to keep going so need your support! :smile:

I've found before that it gets easier with time, the first few weeks are the worst! Basically just think of bland/disgusting things anytime you're finding it difficult to prevent temptation haha :gthumb:

yeah i agree with you, although over time everything becomes less and less bland and disgusting!

last year i found the same, apart from maybe the last week where it got harder.

I find that not distracting yourself from tempting thoughts is the best way. Just let them wash over you and then away.

And yeah, the first weeks are the hardest.

But it's probably different for a girl. :dontknow:

Although there are a lot of benefits to masturbation, stopping for 40 days isn't bad for you. If anything, it'll make it better once you start again and strengthen your self control :yes:

This could have really bad consequences, like whenever he smelt dog poo in future, he would get a hard on. Which would be embarrassing to say the least!

Regular masturbation reduces cancer risk so by stopping you are disciplining yourself into doing something unhealthy.

why would any man want to stop..I masturbate most days..it's good to sit back watch some porn or think about doing some fit girl you know and sometimes you can't be bothered with banging some chick so masturbating is the easier option.. :yes:
