Hey im stuck on my health coursework.. any help??

hey i'm laura and i'm doing coursework at the momant.. one problem.. so stuck!! i'm doing health care, and positive impacts on my clients health.. my client is overweight, 5ft 4, 36years of age.. What could i write for a positive factor that can be a long paragraph? HELP NEEDED :frown:

Maybe she's not that old so should be able to get more physically active easier than an older person and therefore work the weight off.
