Are entry requirements for Portsmouth uni for applicants going to be higher for 2011

What i wanted to know is that i am taking a year out and the entry requirment for the course i want to do which is economics is 260 points which i will get , but i am wondering if the entry requirments for 2011 will be higher therefore i may not be able to gain entry into Portsmouth Uni.

Are entry requirements for Portsmouth uni for applicants going to be higher for 2011?
