Law or International Relations

I'm considering applying through UCAS Extra to do the Flexible Combined Honours
Childhood and Youth Studies + Arabic + ________

hat ______ will either be Law or International Relations but I simply cannot decide.

i ultimately want to work in something related to the Middle East/Africa, helping people...maybe an NGO? some service in education, counselling? immigration caseworker? i'm really not sure about the ultimate career goal but it would have to do with people

pros and cons of law; of international relations...which you think would be best? any help really. anyone's opinion or input would be really appreciated!!

I believe both subjects should be well ragarded by employers in NGOs or similar sectors. I guess what matters most is the variety of modules available. If you want to specialise in the Middle East/Africa, it's important to know whether you could choose International law/Human rights law modules after choosing to study law or Middle Eastern politics/Globalisation/etc. modules after choosing international relations.

If you really want to help people you'll be able to, no matter what subject you choose to study  choose the one which would allow you to explore the topics that you're interested in the most  Good luck with you application!
