My next is next Thursday - very scary! Had a bit of a nightmare learning experience which saw me going through loads of instructors because I kept moving house type thing! First test is finally here - I'm pretty nervous but I'm also completely pumped for it! =D (I think by thursday I will just be complete nerves!)

Make him watch Fast Five? :P

Three point turns today, did pretty good, in general driving just need to speed up turning at junctions and sharpen up steering a bit.

Did anyone else feel like 'can i really do this, do i know how to drive?!' when they booked their test? Just booked mine for end of June, so plenty of time to get my manoeuvres near enough perfect and get everything spic and span.

Keep thinking of all the things that could possibly go wrong now....

I have test number 2 tomorrow, feeling a bit nervous about it!

My instructor let me put the radio on today after I got a bit upset when I messed up my parallel park and it made me feel loads better so she said she'll bring her iPod lead tomorrow so I can play my Rizzle Kicks album during my test - apparently you're allowed music if it's on quietly! Quite looking forward to listening to that and driving hopefully it will keep me calm.

    That's good.

Don't worry about the show and tell. I looked at the possible questions the morning of my test and my instructor helped me locate things under the bonnet etc about 10 minutes before the test lol. He said that he doesn't see the point in spending long on them, as it only counts as one minor even if you get both of them wrong. I was happy that I could answer them though, on the actual test; I was lucky and didn't have any under the bonnet ones lol.

I find the under the bonnet show me, tell me questions easiest. On my instructors car there's pictures on the caps of what you need to know saying what it is. All I need to remember is where the dip stick is

My problem was actually lifting the bonnet lol. It took me absolutely ages to find the little catch thing under the hood lol.

Failed again. This time 1 major for not leaving enough stopping distance between myself and the car in front on a single carriageway. It's been raining all morning and the roads were wet and I stupidly just left the same distance I normally would. It was a real shock when he said I hadn't passed as I thought I'd done really well.

Keep thinking I should give up now but I know I have to keep trying.

Good luck to everyone else with upcoming tests.
