there is unmistakingly something wrong with me...

I cant be bothered to socialise? : /
im not trolling btw
I just dont have te motivation to do so, i must come off as stubborn or intimidating. youre probably wondering how or why, and its quite simple. im recovering from depression.

So how do you ignite a sense of happiness from within when there is none. This is essentially what prevents me from connecting with others.

i think im gonna see the doctor : (

Thanks for the insight bro :top:
No doubt the remainder of this thread will be the lowly TSR masses gathering up your pearls of wisdom like foraging squirrels.
Though it's questionable how you're both 'recovering from depression' but haven't seen a doctor recently..

No, I don't think there's anything wrong with you. Recovering from depression can do that to you I think. I find I sometimes feel better forcing myself to socialise, sometimes I'd rather be alone.
some times in life you just feel down, it happens and you'll get over it
I often go through unsocial modes and feel like meh, just runs it's course

Yep I know exactly what you mean. I'd say I'm recovered now but I think I lost part of me that I won't get back.

I would've began my comment with "knock knock" if I were joking.
If you were 'beating' depression your anti-social persona would have already been apparent to the doctor, and you would be mending your attitude by now. That's all I'm saying.
I don't see being anti-social as a bad thing, however, so I'd be useless at giving advice in this thread!

It's not too bad. I was never much of a social person anyway so things have only gotten a bit worse. I just ride it out if I feel bad about it.
