Manchester or Sheffield?

Which is better for film production:

BA Contemporary film and video - Manchester Metropolitan (3 years)
or
MA Film and Visual Effects (4 years) - Sheffield Hallam

I have read a lot about both and the degree in Manchester seems like a wonderful opportunity and I am almost sure that it will be the one, but the course in Sheffield seems good as well, it has a lot of animation, and it is MA, which would save me a lot of money. Anyway, I am not English and I thought that your opinion could be helpful. :smile:
