Help!, on the Univeristy of Lincoln , film & telivision and drama course.

Hi my question is to anyone studying the film and television and drama degree. I am currently just finishing my last year of sixth form. and whilst looking for uni's, i was just curious about one course, The film & television and drama course at the university of lincoln, see i went to visit lincoln and i loved the city and uni, so forth but of course the degree is the most important aspect, so I just had a few question to ask. I am an aspiring film director and love writing scripts, i was just wondering in the film and television and drama degree at Lincoln on the film and televison side, how much of this comes up, Is it more of a creative based film and televisoon degree , do you have to write your own scripts alot, and create your own film/tv shows and learn about directing camera techniques, and learn about alot of film directors, or do you just focus on it as an industry like a media degree? so what kind of work do you have to do in the degree? Thanks alot.
You'd be best doing Media Production. The Film and Television course is more theory than practical in my experience, and the Drama course is just that - drama. Media Production is a bit of everything, and you can choose to specialise later on in single camera, multi camera, animation, radio etc.
