The hardest aspect is fitting it with gym and work lol

lol, i came off my bike earlier, my leg knackers and its ME lower tomorrow.

You alright then haha? I came off last time i was moutain biking, I came off on large tyre size hole but landed in moss so it was soft thank god haha -

I was cycling flatout and caught it with my back wheel, one barrel role later, i was on my back and the bike, still between my legs, had rammed hard on my left quad. So now its just sore. Did some unweighted jump squats just and it seems ok.(Original post by 7777777)

My mate went full whack into a tree shoulder first and broke his collar bone once
he was doing an expert run just without enough expertise!

Everything was fine, but twisted wrist slightly on the incline bench so stopped earlier than idve liked to. -

Football Training
2 half hour 5 a-side games.
The first game was easier, as we had the better team and were given more space to play freely, this meant more technical play and more movement in general. The second game was more difficult, and i had to hold more as a centre back. Enjoyed both games though. -

Additional Notes;
Did light back squat as i missed a lower session at the weekend. First time GHR, will inevitably shoot up higher, the situps are starting to get harder. Good session.
