Db Curls
Push press was juct because a mate was, not done it in a while and less than 18 hours after my chest/shoulder session, but the sets were easy. Might try to pb next week sometime. -

Been away from the site but not from lifting, I lost my way for a bit after i fractured my ankle and didnt get back into squatting and deadlifting as quickly as I should've done. Also bulked to [a no where near lean] 15.5 stone. Been cutting since march and now around 11-12 again. I didnt intend to train legs but a friend was in, so decided to reset my squat to 80kg and push up in 5 kilos with 5s.
