Fitness levels?
Does anyone know what the bleep test level is that your expected to reach on entry to the ambulance service as a paramedic? I can find info about the UK police force/army but nothing on UK paramedics.
Also what else do the university fitness tests cover for part of the application for paramedic science courses?

A lot don' require bleep tests. Only uni I know of that asks for them is Coventry. Most uni courses don't have a fitness test and neither do a lot of ambulance trusts. Ususally trust ones are something along the lines of taking someone up and down some stairs in a carry chair.
