Is Warwick good for physics? I am doubting between Imperial and Warwick, which one would you recommend?

According to the Guardian physics rankings, not much difference in graduate prospects...

In the long-run probably won't matter which one you choose.

Look at other aspects: campus vs city uni, cheap vs expensive city, etc etc.

Warwick is probably pretty good (I have a great teacher who went there). Both are Russell group and grid unis too (LHC computing project). Imperial is harder to get into but probably worth it as it has a really good reputation. Try to visit both if you can because there is no better way to get a feel of the place!

Both have high entry standards and Warwick should break the 500 barrier next year. Decide on location. Personally, I think London is the worst city in the world, so easy choice for me.
