are most of you going alone, or do parents attend some of the orientation sessions?

My parents and I are probs going to come over. I've never lived in London before, but they have, so they'll be able to help. I don't really want to go it alone, what with all the stuff I'll be bringing!
I'm packing clothes for winter, CDs, DVDs, cutlery, stationary (lots of), and my PC - we're taking a car via ferry from Holland, I presume (I'm in Germany). And other bits & bobs. Should be about 2 suitcases, yeah...
