    A bit of help please
    Hi, im new to all this so sorry if ive messed anything up. I was just wondering what peoples views are and what the lo down is with private accommodation against halls.
    Any replies will be appreciated

    Well, usually in the UK, first year students will apply to live in halls of residence in order to get to know people (being in the same situation, new to uni life etc) and they will move out in the second year to private accommodation with a few more students that you have got to know. That way you make friends and you will be more comfortable in the following years of study. Hope this helps
