Student Finance - Change to non-means tested?

    I'VE FOUND OUT! This took literally hours of frustration.

    Basically just fill in all the information for your parents anyway (doesn't have to be true, you're going to delete it in a minute), and when you've done all that and reach the "Submit application" page, it will give you a link to click saying "Alternatively, apply for a non-means tested loan". Then just click on that and you can start from scratch.

    Worst website design ever!

    I made the same mistake and rang them up - the call center said to just put '0' in for everything and the application will default to non-means tested...
