really need help- relationship questions

ok, i have genuinely spent a lot of time doing essay plans and trial essays to try and figure out how to answer these 2 questions, and i just cannot seem to get it right...

1) discuss the relationship between sexual selection and human reproductive behaviour (25marks)

2) outline and evaluate the role of parental investment (25 marks)

i have my notes,but i find that there is just SO much to write,i'm not sure what to pick and choose, so that its enough for the time limit, and worth the a01 and a02 marks.
does anyone have any of their essay plans/essays/advice?
