It seems that people say it in different ways.

De Monfort is another university in Leicester.

De Montfort sent me:

- DVD's (x 3)
- Lollypops
- A Watch
- Wristband
- Folders
- Several Pens
- Keyring
- Several Brochures

Subsequently I withdrew my application

Oh yer on the open day we were being showed round and open top clapped out escort with a bunch of lads in kept driving past calling our guide a f'in slag several times. This kinda put the icing on the cake for me.

A friend of mine is going into his second year at De Montfort and really likes it...he's doing some kind of Multimedia course.

I'm going to DMU this year. What are you going to study? I'm doing Pharmacy there.
It does put me off when I tell my frd I'm going to study in DMU and they have no idea where it is or they even haven't heard of it.... (dah!.....)

So instead of saying DMU....i rather say... I'm going to Leicester.... LOL

I appled to them and didn't get any of those stuff mentioned. I withdrew my appliction from them anyway. That university is to fill up my six choices.

I remember one person is going to DMU to study law, and her friends don't know where that is until they checked it up on the website. DMU has two campuse: Beford and Leicester.

my friend went to look around the bedford campus, and said it looked like a council estate! i guess they used pics from leicstr for the prospectus!!

Apparently, DMU is less good for the more traditional subjects but very good for more vocational subject, especially so for fashion/design courses (apparently has great links with businesses) so, it depends what you want to do.
