To call or not to call. That is the question

I applied late to Kingston University. In addition to that I also forgot my predicted grades which I emailed them. It's been four weeks since I applied and two since I emailed them the grades. I haven't received any acknowledgement of them having gotten my grades or application. In addition to all that I also want to change courses. But only a minor change from English language and communication with creative writing to english language and communication with journalism. Should I call the university to ask if they received my grades or to change my course or both?

had to apply as an individual student
Ring them!!!!

You have nothing to lose and at least you'll get an answer straught away!!!!!!
