I went to the study skills event so they already had it printed out for all of us. I don't think i've covered everything they asked for, but if i write more theyll take marks off
Meh, i guess ill have to add some things...
If you think you've covered everything then you probably don't need to add much else
You're lucky as a Psychology student because you know what to include and what may be irrelevant.

I don't think the reference list counts in the word limit. Don't suppose you wanna swap essays do you? I need someone to mark mine so far

    Hi there

    Newbie here!!

It seems that I am not the only one who needs a wee bit of help in this module. I've slightly struggled on how to construct the essay (similair problem to lady_leon) and was wondering if anyone could help me in terms of how to construct the essay etc. and what types of theories or learning to include.

    Any help would be appreciated

What was the first question you were asked to write about, I know it was something about learning but if you could remember the full question I would be grateful as I could start researching it now as I may be away when it is actually sent and I am really worried...

    Hello,
I have just thoroughly gone through all the information A2L have sent to me.
I did not attend any of the A2L open days and therfore do not have the same information as you have.
My deadline is the 20th May and I have to hand mine in electronically through 'tutorin', it states on my form that i CANNOT hand it in via email or post.
I have not yet completed mine but if correct in thinking I have taken two subject lessons and compared a good one to a not so good one and how i felt i learnt in response to the enthusiam/ lack of enthusiasm of the teachers and in reflection my motivation to learn back.
Is this along the correct lines ?
What two examples in particular have anyone else used ?

I'm also really stuck, I can't think of two learning experiences that fit the ideas of the texts.. what kind of experiences are you guys using? I read the example texts and one was about a hockey team so was maybe thinking of using driving lessons or something else out of school to make it stand out?

Re: The Access to Leeds module
I'm still yet to really start on properly writing out the essay, so it isn't going to great seeing as the deadline is Monday.. For good and bad learning experiences I was thinking of comparing two different subject lessons that I've previously had at school. Structure wise I was going to write introduction of what is an effective learning experience, then good learning experience and bad learning experience, and then comparing the two in terms of the learning environment, depth of understanding, engagement in the lessons etc. with reference to the ideas I've read in the texts that were provided.

Is everyone using all 5 of the texts? I've only really found anything decent to say about 3 out of 5 of them after looking through so I'm not sure how I'll include them all.
