    Britain's general indie scene is basically very poppy and very polished. The bands that are raised onto pedestals by the NME are generally over-hyped and are far too eager for fame and fortune. I personally think that British indie used to be better than its North American equivalent in the 80s and 90s but now Americans and Canadians are a lot more willing to be innovative and genuinely capture the 'indie' ethos that this type of music is supposed to have.

    I've only recently got Neon Indian's 2nd album and it's got some good tracks on it (not as good as his first album sadly).

    Really enjoying The Maccabees new album Given to the Wild, imo the best album of the year so far.

    I remember listening to a decent track a while back and honestly cant remember who made it and what its called

    its either made by or called something like air argentina or something along those lines

    any help ?
