Enzyme kinetics - Hanes Woolf plot! (Biochemistry)

    Hi everyone. Well this lab report that i am doing on kinetics of YADH, I have worked out Vmax and Km values using Michalis, Lineweaver plot with approx values being :- Vmax =105uMin-1, Km = 2.1mM. However when i tried calculating the constants from Hanes woolf plot, the Vmax value was completely different (Km = 2.7mM, Vmax = 0.089uMin-1). The linear line regression equation i got (from hanes woolf) is y = 11.233x - 30.683 (where i plotted [strike]/V0 against [strike] - substrate)
    I dont know if i have done something wrong but i was wondering could anyone kindly help me on this?
