Just a few ideas:

www.s-cool.co.uk
www.bbc.co.uk/bitesize

For chemistry: www.chemguide.co.uk This is primarily aimed at A Level chemistry but there will be bits in there that may come up on your GCSE chemistry, for example titrations.

If i think of any more I'll PM you

And don't be afraid to go and see other science teachers if you're stuck, they are there to help!

Hope that helped

Good Luck

I agree with matt_copas, but to add to it, try getting your hands on some decent science books of your own (if that kind of thing interests you and if you think that it would help your studies). I also do separate sciences and I find that this really helps to ease the frustration of being told "you don't need to know that theory" or "you don't need to know about circulation until A level"!

Some of my favourites:

Biology:

1. "D.K Human Body", this is great because of its size. My copy is thoroughly beaten up because I often take it with me when I go out. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Human-Body-Illustrated-Guide-Every/dp/0751335142/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1272068654&sr=8-5

2. "The Human Body Book", I have a copy like this but my school library has this book, and I'm often in there poring over the various disease sections. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Human-Body-Book-UltimatDisorders/dp/140531625X/ref=pd_cp_b_3

These books have information on cell and DNA structure (etc.), mitosis and other biological processes as well as information on human anatomy and physiology.

Chemistry:

"Nature's Building Blocks: An A-Z Guide to the Elements", as the name may suggest, this has detailed information on all 115 chemical elements. Very useful for learning about uses of chemicals and for passing the time! http://www.amazon.co.uk/Natures-Building-Blocks-Z-Elements/dp/0198503407/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1272069335&sr=1-1

Physics:

"50 Physics Ideas You Really Need to Know", user friendly and well presented, I find this a useful reference for various concepts of physics and another great book for just wiling away the hours learning new things. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Physics-Ideas-Really-Need-Know/dp/1847240070/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1272069494&sr=1-1

Hope this post wasn't completely useless! =)
What board are you on?

For AQA:

*Print out spec
*Buy textbooks
*Do past papers

And you'll be sorted.
