RE - religion and the media paper

Hi guys
I'm looking for some serious help here, we have basically done nothing on the topic, no idea what i need to know. i've looked at the specification but doesn't seem very helpful, all a bit vague and can't make much sense of it!

Has anybody here done this paper, what do i need to know? What kinds of questions come up? Any advice on how to tackle them?
Also, the Islam paper, I have no idea how to tackle these, what sort of thing should I be writing? My teacher has predicted me an A*, so have something to live up to!
