Re: So who has firmed UWE 2010.."We are anticipating that the offers for accommodation will go out in June. Once they go out you will have 10 days in which to accept or decline your offer and pay the £250 damage deposit. After 10 days we will withdraw the offer of accommodation.(Original post by fusugar)
also i dont understand when we are told what accommodation we get? has anyone heard back yet?
If you do not think you will be able to access your emails at this time we would advise that you ask a friend or family member to check them regularly and accept on your behalf."
Thats what they sent to me
Hope it helps

Why? It's supposed to be **** and really expensive too
Expensive, yes, but its only for one year.
It next to the uni,...wlel next door which will savel oads of time and effort. + It next to the astro turf and i think that is where football is at.
Will be easier to socialise with people I think and finally I dont see how it is any worse thna the others?
Where are you staying? -
Re: So who has firmed UWE 2010..I've heard some bad things about it. Remember if yuo want to go into Bristol for nights out you have an expensive taxi to pay for (£20) whereas you get a free bus in the day from the city centre to campus. I'm staying in Nelson hopefully, i want to be close to the city more than anything and on campus looks a bit crappy with no clubs etc.(Original post by ras90)

Firmed for Property Management and Investment... Gotta get 280 UCAS points (DMM) and these next few weeks are going to be crazy as i am a lazy bastard who didn't crack on with his work. Will definately be there in September though!
I hope to be in the Student Village, and they have provisionally put me on campus... Sorted! -
Re: So who has firmed UWE 2010..£20? The only time I paid anywhere near £20 collectively for a taxi is when there was 7 of us. It's £3 each way normally.(Original post by benmh92)

There is a a fantastic bar on campus + a bar which turns into a "club" at night, which has provided a fair few good nights I must admit. Especially on a Monday lock in
.
The student village is the nicest accomodation compared to all City Centre accomodation and Carrol Court, because of it's condition.
Living on campus isn't for everyone, but I would recommend it for many people as I really enjoyed it
